Most recently, at Nuula, a fintech that's raised $120M, he was the founding VP Eng at Loblaw Digital, building a team of 150 through revenue growth of zero to over $100M (today at $3B).

Julien Kathiresan is the Director of Finance at Mistral and is based in Ottawa. Prior to Mistral, Julien was the Head of Finance & Administration at Macadamian Technologies (acquired by Emids). Prior to Macadamian, Julien was a Senior Auditor at Deloitte, servicing both private and public clients in the Financial Services & Technology sector.

Code Cubitt is a Managing Director at Mistral, based in Ottawa. He has over 25 years of experience as a founder, executive and investor and has worked with over 50 early-stage startups. Code was previously the COO at Zephyr Technology- a VC-backed startup that was acquired by Medtronic.

Prior to Mistral, Pablo was the co-founder and COO of Gymtrack– a VC-backed startup in the FitTech space. Before starting Gymtrack, Pablo co-founded an online tutoring platform, which was acquired in 2014.
